Manage daily operations of the IT/MIS department to ensure efficient delivery of IT services across the organization.
Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and databases (e.g., MSSQL), ensuring system availability, reliability, and data integrity.
Lead IT-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integration efforts aligned with business needs.
Ensure IT practices comply with the
Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
Maintain IT security protocols, protect sensitive data, and implement access control measures to safeguard company systems.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and support of IT services.
Provide internal teams with IT solutions and reporting tools to support operational efficiency.
Participate in company-led

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or MIS roles.

Experience in managing projects; exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
