Job Responsibilities

Reporting directly to and assisting the Group CIO in the following areas:

• Perform strategic planning, budgeting and tracking of KPI and resources for group-wide infra-structure services.

• Provide operational support of desktop and backend servers group-wide.

• Plan, execute, monitor and ensure security adequacy of the enterprise infra-structure.

• Provide infra-structure platform and support for new e-service initiatives.

• Assist relevant corporate committees in the fulfillment of BCM, ERM, DRP, PDPA and new enterprise-wide infrastructure security and business continuity related initiatives.

• Support the planning, procurement and implementation of office automation and physical security operations such as CCTV, Asset Management, Document Workflow Management etc.

• Formulate, deploy and ensure governance and compliances of the above services with the corporate policies and guidelines.

• Keep an ongoing watch on technologies and recommend adoptions as necessary.

• Manage outsourced vendors and partnership to achieve stipulated service level.

• Manage a team of 2 to 3 technical staff in fulfillment of the above.

• Support and participates in new business related initiatives as required.
  

• Preferably a degree in Computer Science or ICT Management (Infrastructure and Networking).

• Diploma holders with adequate and relevant track records may apply.

• 5 years in operations and implementations, 3 to 5 years in leadership responsibilities.

• Relevant certifications will be an added advantage, e.g. ITIL, COMIT, BCM and Enterprise Network/Security related certifications.

• Articulate and a well-natured team builder who is able to motivate self and others.

• Knowledge on MS Azure and Office 365.
