Responsibilities

: " Responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall IT Infrastructure and ensure effectiveness of servers (on-premises and on-cloud), including Finance and Membership System, POS System, e-mail, file and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software. - Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including active monitoring and administration of next generation firewalls, email security solution, endpoint detection & response system. - Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights. - Provide end user computing support - Support the establishment of an appropriate business resilience capability including development and oversight of the periodic testing of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP). - Ensure meeting of Group's IT standards, relating to all aspects of IT Infrastructure, Security and System Applications. - Identify areas of business improvement, drive, and facilitate changes - Manage and liaise with external vendors for IT related matters - Analysis of maintenance costs and sales Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent - Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the service and /or similar hospitality industries with some accounting background - Strong technical knowledge in network and infrastructure. - Strong technical knowledge in server administration (Windows/Linux) and end-user computing software including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office software - Strong administration and support skillset on Office 365 & Microsoft Azure - Strong knowledge on POS systems. - Good planning and organization skills - Possess strong communication skills Location: Central Contract: 12 months renewable with good benefits Completion bonus guaranteed ", "identifier":{ "@type": "PropertyValue", "name":"Jmc Technologies Pte.
