- Provide IT leadership to the service desk team and company
- Uphold the quality of IT service delivery to internal and external users
- Owner the IT infrastructure
- Work with stakeholders to innovate and improve business processes
- Collaboration with vendors and partners for ongoing support and projects
- Project Management
- Review tender specifications
- Maintain IT inventory lifecycle, standards & processes
- Review and develop sustainable means to support business growth
- Create a conducive environment and provide the best tool for the team to excel at their job
- Promote and drive continuous improvements
- Safeguard business from know and potential cyberthreats
- Set and enforce IT security policies
- Identify and manage IT risks
- Coach the service desk team on best practices
