• Position Title: IT Manager
• Working Location: Tampines (Company Transportation Provided – West, Woodlands & Serangoon)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for IT functions, including core operational systems and IT infrastructure.
• Identify Company’s needs in IT to suit business development.
• Conduct feasibility study on software and hardware and recommend the appropriate IT solutions to the Management.
• Ensure the proper planning for maintenance and control of computer software and hardware.
• Ensure appropriate IT support and troubleshooting of hardware and software to all functions.
• Ensure proper daily backup of IT data.
• Ensure swift recovery of IT resources to minimize business downtime.
• Recommend improvement measures to the Immediate Superior.
• Ensure IT processes are documented and updated.
• Liaise with external IT consultants on IT matters.
• Provide IT training to team members.
• Comply with management systems procedures.
• Assist RA leader in conducting risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures.

• Degree in Computer Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of management experience with 2 to 3 years of technical experience
• Experience in helpdesk support, server administration, network operations, virtualization, backup software and antivirus solutions.
• Experience in ERP/ SAP implementation and improvement.
• Knowledge of programming language: VB or VBA, Transact SQL and XML.
• Knowledge of database servers and business intelligence.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
