IT Manager About this role: The IT Manager will take the responsibility of developing and managing corporate IT standards, budgeting, forecasting, asset management, stakeholder management, and project management. You will also lead and coach a small IT team to support over 100 users across the offices and warehouse. What does success look like? End user support
  • Deliver essential IT service/support for HQ and Retail Stores, such as network management, installation of software, computers and printers
  • Prepare user guides and provide software training to the end users
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and follow-up on cases to ensure problem is resolve
  • Track and ensure service levels for technical support are constantly met
  • Support user requests on Microsoft Management System as system administrator
  • Assist operation and management in report generation and customization
IT Infrastructure Management
  • Manage all IT infrastructure/systems according to company standards and aligned with standard practices.
  • Define and implement backup, recovery & emergency procedures.
  • Take ownership of the IT infrastructure setup including offices and warehouse
  • Take ownership of the server room setup and operation
Procedure, Standards and Policy
  • Perform yearly assessment of the existing related documents and perform necessary changes or escalation to conclude the findings if any.
  • Handle Security Incident according to defined protocol and workflow, evaluate risk and impact, escalate to higher level if require.
  • Assist in promoting user awareness in security protection.
IT Budgeting
  • Responsible of IT related forecasting and budgeting for the financial year
  • Responsible to manage and monitor the approved budget.
IT Inventory Management
  • Track and manage hardware and software inventory.
People Management
  • Develop objective and KPI to the team member and evaluate on a regular basis
  • Facilitate best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Generate suggestions and ideas.
  • Promote a friendly and effective working environment.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4-5 years of IT experience with sound technical hands-on
  • Solid experience in networking, servers, security and mobility, retail solutions.
  • Good Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
  • Good leadership experience, able to coach and lead a small team.
  • Prior End-user facing and customer service experience in consumer goods or retail companies.
  • Strong communication skills, able to manage cross functional stakeholders
  • Strong vendor management skills, able to manage international telco, ISP and IT vendors.
  • Knowledge and experience in application implementation is a plus.
