. 6+ experience in managing End user support and IT network support . Experience on network devices support like switches, routers, configuration and monitoring, configuration of access point for Wif . 6+ experience in managing End user support and IT network support . Experience on network devices support like switches, routers, configuration and monitoring, configuration of access point for Wifi setup. Product experience on cisco/Avaya, knowledge and exposure to Meraki technology setup and support will be key added advantage. . IT experience in managing, administration of end users desktop/laptop support and providing remote support. Setup of new laptops using image, Auto pilot, managed security controls on laptops/desktops. . Experience on tools like SCCM, Antivirus, bit locker, O365, AD policy configuration for end user computing. Exposure on working with Zscalar, Crowd strike will be added advantage . Experience in managing internal/ external stakeholders and managing end to end projects for setting up new site location, data centre, working with vendors for telecom links connectivity . Experience to site setup, operations driving SLA% and operations improvement initiatives and handling IT audits. . Experience in working with global teams and technology SME driving operational improvement initiatives. . Strong written and oral communication skills The work place will be one George street and the candidate must be open to work from other wipro offices like Changi business park at certain times due to business needs. The candidate must be open to work with flexible shift on demand though this would on specific occasions e.g. outage maintenance or planned upgrade projects.
