Job Description
Extensive knowledge of computer software and hardware systems. Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise and Office software. Knowledge of WAN, LAN, SDWAN and wireless networks. Knowledge in systems such; NAS, Virtual Machines, Hosting, Mail Server Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues. Knowledge of database and networking security systems and setups. Knowledge in CCTV Setup and Management. Willing to work inside construction sites for devices installation and maintenance. Ability to project manage. Good communication skills. An ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task. A desire to remain up to date with changes in technology. The capacity to explain complex IT matters in layman\xe2\x80\x99s terms. Excellent IT and problem solving skills. An understanding of what a business and its users need and expect from a computer system. Must be comfortable working undertight schedules, overtime and holiday IT system maintenance. Must be comfortable working with senior and junior level colleagues in various cultures. Must be highly collaborative.
