It Operations Manager (hospitality)

Job Description
My client is a hospitality firm with more than 10,000 employees globally, with its regional HQ in Singapore. With the need to scale their chains digitally to suit the needs of their customers, they are looking to bring in a new Regional IT Operations Manager.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing and deploying existing hardware devices and software solutions, including audio-visual equipments and POS solutions
- Coordinate with internal IT teams to manage network/server/hardware/software fulfillment
- Manage internal and external stakeholders during solutions rollout
- Provide technical expertise during technology solution assessment and implementation with the project team
- Bachelor\'s Degree in related fields
- At least 3 years of experiences in IT Operations
- Prior experiences in hospitality/hotels will be a plus
- Strong stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- Certified in PM / PRINCE II is a plus
