You will be a key partner to senior leadership, presenting IT initiatives, managing budgets, optimizing costs, and negotiating vendor contracts. Additionally, you will partner with the third-party risk team to assess and monitor vendor risks. Your analytical skills will be utilized to generate reports on ticketing metrics and identify areas for support model improvement. This role requires strong communication and prioritization skills to manage stakeholder demands within a complex matrix structure and ensure successful resolution of IT projects and operational issues.Your ProfileTo thrive in this IT Operations Manager role, we seek a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing IT operations within multinational corporations.
