Reporting into the IT Engineering Director, you\'ll be responsible for leading a high calibre IT Ops team with a global remit. Your focus will be on providing a world class employee experience, automating work flows as much as possible and adopting a data driven approach to how we continue to scale IT Ops with the business.

We\'re a rapidly growing startup and require a passionate, energetic IT professional who is willing to roll up their sleeves but also think big picture.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Highly cross functional role
• Managing IT Ops contractors (based remotely)
• Take ownership of software and hardware procurement
• Providing excellent IT support for Airwallex\'s global workforce
• Getting hands on with various SaaS tools
• Documenting and updating the IT knowledge base
• On-boarding and offboarding workflows
• Designing and implementing projects to improve our systems and processes, such as: endpoint management and security, SaaS administration, asset managementWork on internal IT security processes and practices
• Managing relationships with third party vendors
• Building new processes and SOPs for IT operations staff to keep Airwallex running

What you\'ll bring:

• 3+ years working in a IT support or engineering role
• Good understanding of the Apple and Windows device deployment and management
• Enjoys the solving the challenges of high-growth startups, customer focused, enjoys creating a great experience for everyone around them and a great team player while also being able to work independently
• Strong problem solving skills
• A self-starter who can quickly learn new skills
• Strong interpersonal skills that you will use to build relationships cross functionally
• Proficiency in handling problems, issues and finding prompt solutions to resolve them

Additional Bonus Experience (but not required)

• Basic knowledge of MDM and IAM tools
• Familiarity in one or more scripting languages
• ITSM knowledge
