Job Responsibilities
Develop and assess operational procedures for teams
Manage collaborations with various functional teams.
Oversee and report on Service Level Objectives for the team.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of goals for continuous improvement.
Engage with internal and external teams to streamline onboarding and offboarding systems.
Cultivate a team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement for seamless service continuity.
The Ideal Candidate
At least 1 - 2 years\' relevant experience in managing capacity for IT Operation Teams, Business Continuity Management, or as a ServiceNow administrator for ITSM and IRM modules.
Familiarity with BCM, ITSM, and ITOM preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, IRM, SecOps) is a plus.
