• Working Arrangement: Monday - Friday (9 AM - 6 PM)
• Working Location & Nearest MRT(s): Jurong West Area
• Opportunity Nature: Permanent Opportunity (Direct Headcount under my client\'s organization, NOT under agency)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishing Information System (IS) and IT support directions & plans [for sales area (i.e.: Sales, Customer Experience, Dealer operation related, etc.)] & serve as the main contact point for aforementioned (for the internal employees)
• Establishing IT Investment Plans (based on business directions)
• Collaborating with the IT Project Managers, & Department Managers (to ensure the financial aspect) is well managed)
• Managing & maintaining the (HQ) office governance & IT Assets (e.g.: equipment, information systems, etc.)
• Planning, & communicating for the digitization & smart IT processes (for sales business innovation)
• Identifying and implementing the computerization needs (of Sales Departments)
• Serving as main point of contact between the IT Teams and Outsourcing Partners
• Reporting on routine basis (about the projects/ plans\' progresses, forecast on business activities, financial analysis, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to have minimum 5 - 6 years of IT Sales & Planning experience (i.e.: Procurement, Financial, Asset Management & Project Planning) preferably in Manufacturing OR Automotive environments (but not a must be) in an Enterprise (Large Organization) setting
• Proficient in Stakeholder and Vendor Management
