This is a Group level role overseeing IT Programs /Projects for the OSPL, Consumer businessRole Overview: As a Cluster Lead / Program manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's key initiatives and organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing large programs and enhancing digital capabilities across OSPL Securities, Consumer business that have a significant impact on the organization's wealth management capabilities, growth, and success.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team of seasoned Project Managers for delivering various IT Programs / Projects to strengthen the Bankxe2x80x99s Risk / Financial Management / Reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems that enhance operational efficiency and agility.
• Effective Stakeholdersxe2x80x99 Engagement (up to the level of Division Heads) across the Business Clusters on various IT initiatives across their divisions
• Drive the evaluation and implementation of strategic enterprise program and capabilities in the risk finance and audit space.
• Provide support to senior leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of innovation.

Contribute and Support Head, Group Technology Projects for the Execution of Technology Delivery Methodology, Budget and Resources :

• Strategy and roadmap on technology capability delivery methodologies, budget and resources, including prioritization and optimization of delivery in alignment to business strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Manage resource skillset and sourcing strategy to meet the demand for project delivery.

Plan, Organize and Manage Delivery across Business Divisions :

• Overall responsible for the delivery of business and technology capabilities aligned with the business strategies and technology roadmap.
• Oversee vendor relationship for quality delivery and optimal pricing.
• Responsible for the smooth transition of new capabilities to Group Technology Services (Run-the-Bank) for a stable business-As-Usual operations.

Risk Management :

• Overall responsible for comprehensive risk management for the clusters
• Accountable for compliance of Technology Architecture framework, Information Security Policy and Guidelines for all project delivery
• Accountable for the compliance of regulatory and Bank's policy in the project delivery environment

Financial Management :

• Overall responsible for management of technology investment budget, covering external vendor and internal resources allocation, across the Clusters.
• Plan, forecast and manage the Clusterxe2x80x99s operating budget within the annual Operating Plan.
• Drive cost efficiency and resource optimization in project delivery for optimal business outcome.

People Management

• Overall responsible for management of resource skillsets and hiring to meet the demand for project delivery.
• Grow talent and is responsible for succession and development plans for staff
• Responsible for the clusterxe2x80x99s employee engagement results.

QualificationsQualifications/Experience :

• Tertiary education required.
• Over 15 years in project management in IT bank delivering projects exceeding S$ 1 mil
• Over 5 years in Program / Large Project Management
• Certification or formal training in project management is an advantage.
