Act as a focal point for all Project related enquiries and issues.
Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity.
Proactively identify risks to the services provided and work with the customer to mitigate those risks.
Proactively manage any 'out of scope' variations to services and liaise with the customer (in conjunction with the Account Manager) on how these are to be handled.
Ensure that effective communication on the services delivered is provided to the customer (including month or weekly service delivery reports) with the agreed timeframes.
Ensure that regular reviews of the services provided are conducted to maintain alignment between the services and the expectations of the customer.
Proactively manage and negotiate Deliverables with the customer.
Produce and deliver standard and ad/hoc reports, discuss Project Delivery, manage issues, discuss charges / scope adjustment with the customer in a timely fashion.
Work with customer counterparts across the organisation to ensure effective execution of business strategies and goal alignment.
Maintain an understanding of industry trends that directly relate to specific customer's business strategies.
Participate in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching.
Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
