Job Description

The Project Intermediate Manager role performs Service Delivery at an intermediate level role responsible for assisting application sector to engage Citi Technology Infrastructure and help Technology partner in forecasting and delivery of solutions for the Business. The overall objective is to leverage on infrastructure technology knowledge and facilitate desired outcome of delivery and optimization of estate.

Responsibilities:

• Create project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services
• Identify levers for estate optimization, risks of end-of-life product and collaborate with Infrastructure and Engineers on go to platforms for modernization
• Juggle and prioritize multiple deliverables across multiple projects and activities simultaneously
• Review requirement documents and update processes and procedures as necessary
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage Stakeholder communications including status reporting
• Proactive risk mitigation and change management
• Issue management and escalation
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in roles centered around infrastructure delivery (application hosting and/or end user services) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement
• Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
• Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline
• Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
• Has experience in helping business adopt cloud strategies, be it on premise or/and adoption of external computing services operated by Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Certification on Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is favored
• AWS Certification or similar is favored
• Tools exposure with include JIRA, ServiceNow and Tableau is favored
