Job descriptionProject Manager - IT And Agile Experience is mandatoryShift schedule: Night ShiftWork Setup: Hybrid (Currently on a WAHA Setup)Site: OrtigasSalary Budget: 80 - 110K: The Project Manager will work with and act as a liaison between functional groups to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.This position requires very minimal supervision from senior management and is expected to perform well while working independently and leading a team. He or she will have responsibility for providing support across different divisions as required by the needs of the business. Additional duties may include supporting the Country Lead Director for Transformation, Analytics, and Process Excellence.The Project Manager must be very keen on details and can take ownership and accountability of projects, building relationships up to the executive level and external stakeholders.Required Skills:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• At least 2-3 years' experience in a Manager capacity in the BPO or Call Center Industry.
• Minimum Training Required Project Management, (PMP, Scrum), Six Sigma or COPC Training
• Completion of MS Office Tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Project)
• Training Experience leading the implementation of medium to large-scale projects.
• Capable of effectively facilitating meetings and developing detail-oriented quality deliverables in support of the implementation of new and existing projects.
• Experience managing people and facilitating teams
• Experience client-facing and communicating with senior-level management
• Experience with word processing software, spreadsheets, flowcharting applications, and project management software (MS Project, MS Office, Visio).
• Project Management Certification or Six Sigma Experience desirable.
• Industry experience to align with vertical assignment desirable.
