P2EBoard is a leading GameFi startup, seeking for an experienced IT Project Manager to contribute abilities to the growth of the business and accompany us on the journey to lay the foundation for the success of NFT Games and the Cryptocurrency industry.Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for project results together with the product manager
• Work with the product manager in analyzing business requirements
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team and stakeholders to ensure that all parties are on track with the project requirements, deadlines, and schedule
• Ensure that the project and tasks are being completed on timely manner
• Set meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Create status reports and organize tasks that needs to be completed
• Manage change requests and make sure that all stakeholders are updated on its impacts to schedule and budget
• Setup various elements required for the project (e.g. timelines, tickets, resource plan, etc.)
• Clearly communicate the project needs and changes to project team and stakeholders
• Coordinate with the creation of user manuals, training materials, and other necessary documents
• Ensure all important information relating to the projects are documented (processes, minutes, etc.)
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
• Identify possible areas for improvement and innovation
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 4 years of project management experience in tech environment
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Good organization skills and ability to do multitasking
• Effective with communicating and conflict resolution
• Strong sense of accountability especially with decision-making and overseeing teams
• Very collaborative and promotes a teamwork environment
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and changing landscape
• Knowledgeable in Agile Scrum and SDLC
• Preferably PMP certified
