The Information Technology Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.
Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the department.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handles discipline of employees under charged as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervise/Manage the day-to-day project activities of the sub-team (Business Analysts and Technical leads) assigned
Accountable for validating and consolidation of requirements by the Business Analyst without ambiguities.
Responsible for timely preparation and reporting of project status to stakeholders
Ensure Change Management activities are carried out diligently in accordance to quality assurance guidelines and policies
Ensure quality gate by working with users for a timely and comprehensive conduct of the acceptance test, including reviewing key test scenarios.
Supports the operation team in timely resolutions of issues, be it in reaching out to users or requirements clarification aspects of the system functionality.
Keeping abreast of emerging standards/software/solutions that may affect decisions about system.
Understand the interdependencies of the system/services ecosystem and help diagnose potential problems areas with other departments especially during Incident/Problem Management.
Assist Project Director for smooth conduct of day-to-day project governance and execution of project development/maintenance activities.
Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
Vendor Management requirement
Agile Certification as Scrum Master is preferred – Knowledge of using of Jira and Confluence is ideal
Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
At least three years of related experience required. Preferably with PMP certification
Candidate with Agile Project Management is preferred
