Job Description

The IT Manager will partner with GLP global corporate departments to manage IT transformation projects and ensure the project's goals or objectives are accomplished on time and in accordance with the business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Project Management (Scope, Budget, and Schedule) including regular management reporting maintenance and/or development projects; Manage Daily stand up meetings with project team and manage project backlogs, status, priority,etc. Ensure alignment and synergy across countires and globally . Conduct requirements workshop to gather user requirements and analyses business processes to provide clear analysis and documentation of the problems and proposed; Ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs within agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality; Review project deliverables. e.g., functional specifications, system test plan & results, user guide, operation manual; Establishing service level management practices to ensure that the level of service from internal and external service providers is defined. This includes managing IT incidents, Problems, and change management processes.Requirements: Bachelor's degree / Diploma preferably in a field of Information Technology or Computer Science with 3-6 years IT project management experience. Proactive and self-sufficient with the ability to work within a matrix organization. Ability to adapt and understand the dynamics and ecosystem of the firm to interact with the relevant stakeholders and effectively manage downstream teams across a large-matrix organization. Strong stakeholder management skills to manage external dependencies, business users and management to report blockers and progress, and able to articulate clearly the project status Excellent written & verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders & vendors Familiar with Agile methodology and with expernece in JIRA, DevOps tools. Good to have Investment/Real Estate project implementation experience, e.g., Anaplan, iLevel, ESG solution, Workiva, Yardi, etc.
