Position PurposeThe position is required to provide on-site Project management as part of the Supply Chain Financing IT team. The project manager manages projects related to the IT platform to support business growth, improve service to clients, and improve bank operational efficiency.The position is required to participate and contribute to all phases of planning, requirement, design, testing and implementation of global scope projects planned.Direct Responsibilities Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and schedule without compromising quality. Oversee and drive projects from initiation to post-implementation support following SDLC and Agile Bring the project teams together and collaborate closely to deliver the project/release. Communication and status reporting to stakeholders and senior management. Manage change requests. Working on a regular basis with vendors. Enforce the Bank's project management policies and procedures.Technical and Behavioural Competencies required Project Planning & Tracking. Risk & Issue Management. Stakeholder & Escalation Management. Methodical & Process oriented. Strong interpersonal and Issue Management skills. High-level knowledge and working experience in Unix based OS (Linux/AIX/Solaris) High-level knowledge and working experience in any RDBMS based Database (Oracle/MSSQL/DB2) Good understanding and knowledge of key web technologies in high level Good understanding and knowledge of key security subjects (SSL/TLS, PKI, Certificates) High-level understanding of Web services and APIs Working experience in managing of any Webservice/API projects is a definite plus Certification in Agile is a definite plusExperience and Qualifications required Minimum 3-4 years of experience as IT Project manager Strong and extensive IT Project Management experience in Banking. Strong strategist and planning skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong communicator, cross-culture exposure and people understanding. Exposure to across the organizational verticals and Senior Management. Knowledge on Supply Chain financing, Accounting and Payments preferable.
