Project planning and management \xef\x82\xb7 Plan Schedule and Time management (policies, procedures and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule) \xef\x82\xb7 Stakeholder/Vendor, Communications and Risk Management \xef\x82\xb7 Resource plan / Project LOE (Level of Efforts) management \xef\x82\xb7 Organize and participate in vendor/project meetings \xef\x82\xb7 Create a detailed project management plan and other project documents \xef\x82\xb7 Provide solutions to project-related issues \xef\x82\xb7 Define the project\xe2\x80\x99s scope, milestones and deadlines \xef\x82\xb7 Understand IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes, procedure and systems are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines \xef\x82\xb7 Track project performance, perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in Project Management \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in handling projects involving Cloud, Design Thinking, web technologies, software development, system integration, and manage changes will be strongly preferred \xef\x82\xb7 In-depth experience in business processes and skill in business analysis techniques \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to construct/maintain a project budget and manage project accordingly \xef\x82\xb7 Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers \xef\x82\xb7 Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, and web technologies \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent vendor management, manage communication with external and internal stakeholders \xef\x82\xb7 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills \xef\x82\xb7 Actively participates in process improvement discussions aimed at identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work unsupervised, with little management oversight
