Objectives of this role: \xc2\xb7 Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation. \xc2\xb7 Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. \xc2\xb7 Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met. \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. \xc2\xb7 To manage and maintain the current applications: SAP - SF, SAP ByD, SAP Concur, Microsoft Dynamics and Other Web Applications by coordinate with Internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks. \xc2\xb7 Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects. \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers. \xc2\xb7 Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. \xc2\xb7 Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Four or more years of project management experience. \xc2\xb7 Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability. \xc2\xb7 Experience in implementing SaaS based applications like SAP Finance, SAP HRMS, Microsoft\'s CRM or Salesforce or other equivalent application. \xc2\xb7 Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Proven success working with all levels of management. \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent presentation skills. \xc2\xb7 Preferred skills and qualifications. \xc2\xb7 Professional certification in project management is an advantage. \xc2\xb7 Experience in developing platforms for internal processes. \xc2\xb7 Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets.
