Contract Role for 12 Month Working Location: Buona Vista Working Hours: 8 am - 5.00 pm (Monday-Friday) Monthly Salary: SGD 8000 \xe2\x80\x93 9000 Entitled for 1-month AWS for each 12 month of service What\xe2\x80\x99s the role? Shell is looking for Project Management professionals with proficiency across the following key dimensions:

• Project delivery skills in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Domain knowledge and skills in ETRM - mainly Endur/ Trading lifecycle of business and functions is beneficial.
• Professional skills, such as leadership, communication, and resilience;
• Entrepreneurial skills, such as a commitment to learning, critical thinking, storytelling, stakeholder management, and enabling value creation.

The primary accountabilities include:

• Agree and deliver a body of work, organized into projects and workstreams to agreed time, cost, quality, risk, and benefit profiles, delivered within Shell\'s standards and controls in Agile /Waterfall framework.
• Proactively analyze variances against plan to assess trends threatening agreed scope, time, cost, and quality commitments.
• Identify signs that a project may be at risk and take appropriate action.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders such as users, customers, or suppliers to fully benefit from the delivered products, services and changes happen in a timely and effective manner.
• Understand, assess, and embed the right delivery methodologies, in light of project and business constraints.
• Skilled in turning business requirements into technical solutions.
• Assess project risks as they are encountered and evaluate trade-offs between cost, time, quality, risk and ultimately benefit, continuously managing the business cases of constituent projects and workstreams.

What we need from you?

• Must legal authorized to work in Singapore without work/employment visa sponsorship requirement.
• Experience as a project manager in delivering 2-3 ETRM projects
• Significant work experience within energy trading and risk management.
• Have good understanding of financial concepts - P&L, MTM, Financial Risk, Financial Instruments (derivatives traded products), settlements etc.
• Good knowledge about the purpose and key features of various Endur managers ex. Trading Manager, Service Manager, Reference Manager etc.
• Must have prior experience in Scrum delivery
• Well versed with Azure Dev Ops and ServiceNow
• Able to work in a team setting with resources across multiple workstreams within and outside the project
• Experience in resourcing, cost analysis, budgeting, risk management and issue tracking
• Strong communication and business partnership skills. Demonstrates servant leadership.
