Job Description
Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and managing all sales activities related to machine tools.
- Identify business prospects with both new and existing clients.
- Manage customer relationships within the assigned sales territory, including conducting customer visits, engaging in technical and commercial discussions, organizing application tests, preparing customized offers, finalizing negotiations, and facilitating order closures. Also, follow up on post-sales payments.
- Supporting marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the Regional Headquarters to implement market strategies.
- Maintain timely and accurate reporting of sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to the General Manager.
- Analyze the machine tools market in the designated sales area and propose strategies to drive sales growth.
- Min degree in Engineering or Management equivalent
- Min 3- 5 years of experience in similar capacity
- Experience in using MS office and ERP
