Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day team management and coaching duties alongside the Sales Director
Make outbound cold calls and proactive sales calls to existing and new leads
Act as the main contact between sales channels, clients, and internal departments
Solve challenges independently and creatively to meet sales and customer objectives
Gather and report on market conditions, competitor activity, and sales strategies
Build and maintain strong industry relationships to support business growth
Travel locally and internationally to meet with key clients and partners
Negotiate contract terms and liaise with stakeholders across all levels
Create and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and internal teams
Implement efficient processes and policies to support team success and sales operations
Expand the sales pipeline with qualified prospects and opportunities
Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with company goals
Take on additional responsibilities that drive sales and effective team management
Requirements
Proven sales experience
, including outbound calling and lead generation
Experience in team leadership or management is a must
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly proactive, analytical, and results-driven
Ability to travel (local and international) as needed
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipelines, and market research
