Job Description
IT Security Operations Level 1 Support will assist in maintaining the security of an organization\'s information systems and networks. This position will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to alerts and incidents, and performing basic security investigations.
Personal with basic windows, word, excel can apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor security systems to detect and respond to security incidents
- Respond to security alerts and incidents and escalate as necessary
- Perform basic investigations of security incidents
- Assist with the maintenance of security tools and systems
- Collaborate with other members of the security team to analyze and investigate security incidents
- Participate in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
- Provide support for security-related projects
- Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies
Weekly schedule: 3 days or 4 days/12 hours. Those who prefer night: 8 PM- 8 AM, 3 nights per week.
