• Position : Desktop Support/IT Level 1 Support (All Welcome) * Location : Shenton Way (Tanjong Pagar) * Working hours : Monday to Friday/ 9:00am to 6:00 pm * Salary (commensurate with expe Position : Desktop Support/IT Level 1 Support (All Welcome) Location : Shenton Way (Tanjong Pagar) Working hours : Monday to Friday/ 9:00am to 6:00 pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave Duration : Permanent Industry : Ship Management Main Responsibilities: Troubleshoot hardware, network, printer and software issues for company's technologies. Update network applications as required. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment. Conduct technology training for new users. Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity. Monitor and remove viruses, spyware, and other non-authorized software Complete special projects as requested. Any other adhoc matters Requirements: Bachelor, Associate degree in Computer Technology, Polytechnic, ITE or related field are welcome. Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years prior experience with providing workstation support. Excellent knowledge of systems, software and technologies Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
