Job Description


Job Summary Attend and response to maximum number of incoming calls, email and voicemails with service quality

  • Follow-up on all escalated incident
  • Logged all calls reported into the case management system
  • Maintains and accurately update customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiry, problem and resolution into the case management system
  • Generates management reports
  • Provides assistance and guidance to junior colleagues
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Contract length: 12 months Salary: $2,300.00 per month Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/04/2023
