Location : 3 days in Tuas and 2 days in Woodland
Working Hour ; Monday Friday ; 8am -5pm

Summary
This position provides technical support, configures and deploys end user PC hardware, software, and mobile devices for the end users and administers, configures, and provides technical support for the cloud based and on premise data center infrastructure & networking components
Job:
Participate and collaborate with other help desk engineers and collectively work as a team to monitor and resolve tickets and requests in daily queue
Fluent in Windows 7/10 Operating System operations and am able to diagnose and resolve system issues
Have solid foundational knowledge of core Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as communication applications such as Microsoft Teams and Skype.
Good solid understanding of Office 365 cloud operations and in-depth knowledge on administration of Office 365 services
Good deep working knowledge of Windows Server Operating System and have ability to use the built-in tools to administer operational tasks
Assist remote customers with system and software issues and drive to satisfactory resolution
Ability to diagnose computer hardware and related peripheral issues and provide recommendations of repairs or replacement
Creates user accounts in Windows Active Directory; manages access control based on Company policies on Company ERP system
Follow company processes for terminating Active Directory accounts in a timely manner in order to meet SOX requirements
Fluent knowledge of Internet networking concepts and be able to perform deep analysis and diagnostics of the issue
Troubleshooting mobile/tablet device issues and have familiarity with Android OS and IOS functions Setting up new Desktop/Laptop for onboarding new users using standard imaging processes
Have worked with security camera and/or implemented the technology
Ability to potentially maneuver/handle equipment of up to 50lbs. in weight
VoIP Phone system implementation and/or troubleshooting is essential
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
Demonstrated 5+ years of strong technical support experience with the greater Enterprise wide environments and understand how to maintain operational status
Strong understanding and experience with Enterprise networking components is essential
Solid understanding of Enterprise level domain deployments and management of all of the components
Strong hardware troubleshooting and experience with Desktops, Laptops and mobile devices
Have 5+ years of working knowledge of Hyper-visor/virtual machine operations and troubleshooting
Ability to breakdown complex issues into smaller manageable workloads
Operating systems Windows Server 2012/2008 R2, Windows 2003 R2, Windows 10 & Windows 7
Certificates
Microsoft System Administrator Certification (MCSA) is a plus
