General Summary
We are looking for a IT Service Desk Technician III to provides users with technical support for local and remote computers, tablets, phones, servers, network infrastructure and connectivity, as well as vendor- specific hardware and software, along with some project work. Strong critical thinking skills and the business sense to look for root causes of persistent problems. Acts as technical resource for enterprise servers, communications hardware devices, and local / wide area networks (LAN/WAN/Cloud). Administer network security policies and procedures.
