Generate sales leads while building and maintaining relationship with key personnel of prospects and existing customers.
Manage the sales process - from preparing and presenting proposals to close deals.
Deliver product demonstrations effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
Educate customers and channel partners on the latest updates and features.
Attend to and handle customer enquiries, issues, complaints and feedback.
Stay abreast of latest industry trends, competitors' strategies analysis and contribute new innovative ideas towards product improvement to sustain sales.
Any other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science with at least two years’ experience in Software, ERP Sales.
Preferably with proven knowledge of Apps administration, Microsoft Windows, service desk and network administration.
Mature, meticulous, proactive and resourceful.
Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate effectively at all levels.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems and a good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Customer Service oriented.
