Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support potential RFQ/RFI at country level, work closely with IT Customer Solutions to provide viable, strategic business solutions to support growth agenda.
• Drive and govern full IT implementations for country using DHL strategic solutions.
• Promote innovation initiatives through IT implementations and continue to drive improvement for existing operations.
• Apply IT Project Management methodology (DePICT) to IT Project activities insuring projects are delivered within scope, budget and timelines.
• Create and manage JDA WMS project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: requirement, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Perform functionality enhancements such as:

• JDA System Setup & configuration

• Development/Interface Specification, reports and labels

• Solution Deployment/Data migration

• Provide support for the existing solutions in terms of the following:

• Provide Solution to address request or incident

• Change Development Specification

• Change System configuration

• Mass update of master and transaction data

• Update Work instruction- Knowledge Base

• Coordinate and Manage existing IT Knowledge Base

• Coordinate knowledge Sharing

• Work with application support team to update Knowledge base
  

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 7-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT Solution analysis, implementation and ongoing support
• Minimum 3-5 full cycle of WMS implementation experience
• Strong JDA/BY WMS implementation experience preferably in logistics sector
• Experience in Jasper Reports, Page Builder and ORACLE and label development
• Experience in migration from legacy JDA 2010 to later versions of BY WMS is preferable
• Good understanding of warehouse operational process and strong analytical skills
• Possess commercial awareness and effective communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, ability to influence and negotiate
• Drive and is a self-starter
