• 
  Ownership of the functional requirements within the competency center
• Ownership of Functional Change Documentation
• Ensure business and system requirements are well documented
• Lead WMS Solutioning
• Maintain high standards of service quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Provide leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  

• Proven experience in warehouse and supply chain work process design
• Proven WMS experience
• Proven experience engaging business users and technical resources
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and workflows
• Ability to manage escalation from various stakeholders
• Strong analysis and presentation skills
• Experience with QA
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with Use cases, UML
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain , IT or related degree
• Min 12 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in Supply Chain or in a 3rd party logistics company mandatory
• Experience in warehouse management systems or ERP systems
• Prior experience in a project or technical leadership position
