• Position Title: IT Specialist/ IT Executive
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance $100 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general IT support
• Troubleshooting of client hardware (e.g., Desktop & Laptop), server hardware and network hardware
• Warranty and repair handling
• Administration and support of client IT equipment and mobile device management.
• Onboarding new hires on IT device & user accounts setup, training & orientation.
• Delegation of IT rights within the APAC team.
• Configure common IT applications and resolve software components issues, e.g., MS365, Active Directory, Macmon, Windows configuration and general software used by the company.
• Governance of the new IT structure
• Support global IT projects with onsite assistance E.g., IT infrastructure upgrade
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of know-how acquired from Central IT.
• Bi-weekly meeting with IT team leader (AG) to synchronize corporate IT strategy
• Take the initiative to resolve and mitigate the risk of major IT incidents. E.g., cyber security risk.

• Diploma in Infocom Technology, computer sciences or related fields.
• Min. 3 years experience in IT-related work, providing support with client hardware, common server hardware DELL, Windows operating systems like LAPS and network components like CISCO.
• Experience with common ticket systems like Jira Service Management and Cloud Services like Office365.
• Familiar with client management systems and system administration solutions e.g., Intune CCNA certification will be a plus.
• Experience with the SAP ERP system will be an added advantage.
