Job Description

IT Specialist are technically skilled members who help customers draw up requirements and select the correct products and services. They also assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process and frequently participate in the initial portion of the project specification process.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations.
• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers' met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
• Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
• Provides coaching and professional development to team member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
• Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
• Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• With 6 months to 1 year of work experience
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Exposure with IT Infrastructure and IT Security
• Exposed in Account and Relationship Management
• Very good negotiation skills
• Works well under pressure
