Job Requirements:

Graduate of 4 years Bachelor Degree related to IT courses
Minimum of 2 years experience
Experienced in Windows and Linux Operating Systems
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software
Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control/security, baselining of system configuration, and monitoring of IT infrastructure
Experience with networking management, configurations, and changes
Experience with systems and network troubleshooting to identify the root cause and fixes
Experience working with ticketing and asset management systems and following processes
Ability to identify issues and escalation protocol where necessary
Effective communication and writing skills

Initial experience with cloud technologies based on AWS
Experience using Sumo Logic and Zscaler is a plus; if none, should be willing to learn these solutions
