We care about our people, customers, and partners by exceeding expectations and delivering value.Duties and Responsibilities: Provides hardware and software support to all end-users within the prescribed KPI.

• Maintain all computer hardware used by the company.
• Monitors production programs for expected performance and response to error and emergency problems
• Assisting in the design preparation, editing, and testing of computer programs and applications
• Takes the lead in maintaining all computer-user problems and coordinating to resolve them.

IT Specialist Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology and other related courses
• Self-starter and assertive attention to detail
• Internet savvy, fast learner of new web tools/technologies
• Willing to work on-site
