1. provide direct support to users across the organization.
2. set up hardware or software,
3. diagnose connectivity or data access problems,
4. answer questions about hardware or software and helping users access shared drives and devices.
5. manage and implement IT securities
6. install, monitor, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science
2. minimum 4 years experience
3. Familiar with Windows OS for clients and servers
4. Strong in Crystal Reporting Software
5. Pleasant personality and approachable
