Responsible for managing the company's entire network systems, including but not limiting to hardware configurations and software installations. Responsible for researching, diagnosing and troubleshooting to identify solution(s) to resolve system and/or network issues within the company. Act as a liaison between 3rd-part vendor and internal staff during problem escalation until issue is resolved with proper documentation. To design and install high-level software security systems for the company. Coordinate warranty services and perform health checks by monitoring availability and functionality of the network systems with focus on cyber security. To manage and keep proper log records of IT issues for traceability and audit purposes. Prepare accurate monthly IT reports for management reporting purposes. This role shall cross-support all IT-related matters for both parent company and its affiliates. Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field. Equips with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience with extensive knowledge in computer hardware systems and familiarity in general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages and office software applications. Knowledge of database and network security systems (e.g.: LAN and wireless networks), endpoint security, data loss prevention would be preferred.
