Job Summary:

Working location: West Singapore

Working days & hrs: 5 days, (Mon - Fri) 8 a.m. - 5p.m.

Salary Range: up to S$ 5500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Handling second level of issues escalation from IT Support Officer.
• Maintain HR server, finger print devices.
• Maintain server for Dormitory Management System
• Maintain Active Directory, file server, FTP, backup server.
• Network monitoring.
• Setup and maintain wireless devices.
• Monitoring and maintain DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Proxy Server.
• Monitoring and maintain spam
• Monitoring and maintain print server, fax server
• Monitoring and maintain manage switches and network appliances

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Good knowledge in computer hardware, software, networking
• Good knowledge in Windows
• Well-versed with the operation of firewall/VPN, Anti-virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion Detection
• Ability in administering, maintaining, optimizing windows active directory system security
• Ability to configure and set-up new server
• Strong trouble shooting and analytical skill
