An opportunity to help shape the future landscape of Singapore's healthcare platform now exists for a driven and energetic IT Strategic Planning Manager. Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be part of a central group to drive mid to long term technology roadmap at both enterprise and entities level. Working closely technology leaders, you lead strategic planning topics including operating model design, application modernization, digital services landscape etc. , while ensuring roadmap is aligned with business agenda and goals. Requirements Degree qualified, you have proven track record of leading technology strategy development and planning in a highly matrix large organization. You have experience in IT project management and implementation with good understanding of IT architecture and solutions. You come with effective communication skills and ability to manage various levels of stakeholders.
