Job Description
- Provide IT infra support, System and Network support
- AMENABLE TO WORK ON SITE AND OFFICE FOR PASAY AND ANTIPOLO AREA
- Maintain and ensure infra system availability according to company KPI.
- Daily infra operations following line manager's requirements.
- Follow policy and ensure security compliance.
- Provide IT support to Southeast Asia projects.
- Keep accurate incident records and IT assets information on IT4US platform.
- Sets up and maintain network of different sites in Southeast Asia.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, server and network issues.
- Implement, maintain and assess security measures.
- Record and report IT incidents.
- Liaise with users and suppliers to carry out IT projects.
- Plan and execute business continuity plan in terms of IT infrastructure.
- Perform IT budget estimation.
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 3 years' Supervisory experience in IT field support and hand-on experience on network, system and virtualization solutions.
- MCSE, CNNA, PMP, ITIL or other IT professional qualifications are plus.
- Able to travel among Southeast Asia offices (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand etc.)
- Self-motivated, independent and strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good command of spoken & written English.
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
