PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESIT Support Analyst ensures the overall installation and configuration software, systems, networks, printers/scanner on employees' computer to ensure that employees are able to execute their job efficiently.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.2. Supporting, monitoring and maintaining office network systems (Microsoft 365, Trend Micro, Firewall, Hyper-V, VMWare etc).3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.4. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).5. Setting up accounts and laptops for new users.6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, liaise with IT vendors or suppliers.7. Testing new technology.8. Support business application (ERP, MES, QMS, SharePoint) and writing reports using SQL or BI Tools.9. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.10. Adheres company's guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.11. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.12. Promote and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as: . Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing . Social ActivitiesREQUIRED COMPETENCIES1. Must complete minimum training required specified in Employee Qualification and OJT Form No. S 1-026F.2. Occasionally physical nature to lift heavy equipmentQUALIFICATION GUIDE1. Education: Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology (or any related courses2. Experience: At least 1 year working experience in supporting network servers, laptops and software in network environment using windows platform preferred.3. Software/Hardware: Knowledge of SQL, writing reports using BI tools and working experience of SharePoint desired.4. Communication : Excellent both in oral and written English Communication Skills
