Job Description


Job Title: IT Support Analyst

  • Deliver IT services to internal customers in Singapore and not limited to SEA & Taiwan Countries.
  • Provide support to GRC, Office and Warehouse Support.
  • Monitor data center, applications, equipment for uninterrupted IT services.
  • Collaborate with Global Infrastructure, application, and security to implement company standards as needed.
  • Maintain system documentation, IT Inventory and change control logs.
  • Ensuring new hire are provided with the required hardware on time before the new hire on board.
  • Diagnosing PC / Hardware faults and supply solutions as required.
  • Assisting in the updates of software patching as required e.g. Anti-virus and Windows Server Updates.
  • Assisting technical staff in the event of Major incident or critical system failures.
  • Assisting employees with software and hardware issues e.g. Microsoft Office, printers, mobile and other
business applications.
  • Will need to be on call during non-office hours to support 24 x 5 and Quarter-End Support even during weekend.
  • Attending post monthly server patching verification on Sunday to make sure the Servers are in working
condition. Travelling on-site is needed if the Server need physical restart.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience. Experience
  • 5+ years of IT professionals experience in a fast-paced, MNC company environment.
  • Relevant technical certificates a plus. (Server, Network, Application, IT Project Management)
  • Broad knowledge of hardware, software, desktop support and IT security is required.
  • Hand-on Experience in Server Room Support and Client Desktop Support.
  • Working experience in Warehouse environment and on call duty .
  • Have experience in Handheld barcode scanner, barcode printer, E1/SAP Printer support.
• Have experience with inbound and outbound warehouse operation.
  • 30% travel required to other sites when needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Some Knowledge on network and Servers are required. (We have internal Network & Server Team).
o Mount Cisco Router/Switch/ Dell Server. o Setup UPS alerts and Server Contingency planning. o Basic Server OS installation and RAID setup.
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in IT Site Support/Service Desk Level 3/ Desktop Support.
  • Microsoft SCCM knowledge for software distribution and computer formatting skills using it.
  • Knowledge in IT ticketing System like Remedy and ServiceNow is needed as we will be working according to
ticket SLA.
  • Some knowledge in MES application, Oracle R12, E1 or SAP is bonus as Site Support will be 1st level support
before escalating to Application Team
