Job Description

Your missions: Under the responsibility of the Operation Manager, you are in charge of:

• Deployment and Maintenance in operational conditions of our Cloud-Edge applicative solutions and "On Premise" & Cloud Infrastructure,
• Diagnostic and resolution of breakdowns, in relation with our internal organization and customer support,
• Documentation: report, technical architecture documentation, operating document, change procedure.

Your profile and skillsProfile:

• Level: Bachelor or more
• Experience: 2 to 3 years
• Experience in L1 / L2 Support
• English: full professional proficiency

Required skills:

• Basic knowledge of network administration (TCP, DNS, SSH, SSL, HTTP, MQTT, routing, diagnostics)
• Ability to assimilate IoT field protocols
• Result-oriented culture and sense of customer service
• Knowledge of Linux system administration (shell, script, ...)
• Basic knowledge in Python is desirable
• Methodical and rigorous mind
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
• Sense of pedagogy and information sharing
• Strong awareness of quality and continuous improvement
• Technological watch, training and certifications in the fields covered
• Ability to manage change

Technical skills:

• Cloud, Container, DevOps / DevSecOps, On-Premises and Hybrid approaches
• Operating system: Linux (Ubuntu desirable) / Windows
• Public Cloud OVHCloud / AWS / ...
• Storage / Backup
• Network & Security Solutions: LAN / Firewall Linux, Windows
• Orchestration : Kubernetes knowledge is desirable
• Identity management in Azure Active Directory is desirable
• Databases: Notion of PostgreSQL / ElasticSearch administration
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Knowledge of Jira Service Desk or Jira Service Management is a plus
