About Us
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
- Provide IT technical support to end users, diagnose and solve common problems through phone/remote support or hands on troubleshooting on PC hardware, notebook and other IT Peripherals
- Perform user email account creation and configure Email setting
- Assist with maintenance of the Company IT infrastructure
- Maintain hardware /software inventory records for audit and asset management
- Liaise with IT vendors in procurement of IT equipments
- Maintain technical support document and IT inventory report
- Assist to install/configure IT inventories for new staff
- Train users on the proper use of hardware and software when necessary
- Assist to enhance CCTV infrastructure – Hardware / system & backend Storage
- Provide guidance in maximizing CCTV deployment/usage to project teams
- Assist to design, enhance service & maintenance schedule to all CCTV devices
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. (Experience in the construction industry will be advantageous)
