We are looking for a highly motivated and technical individual to provide IT support to our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in IT and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues and provide support to our employees.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
Assist with network and system administration tasks
Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex technical issues
Document technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud-based technologies
Knowledge of scripting languages
