Provide technical support
Troubleshoot on IT system, hardware and office equipment
Work closely with HR to provision and de-provision IT equipment staff on-board and off-board
Log support requests to relevant vendor to resolve issues
Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Running regular checks on network and data security
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Monitor and update proper inventory of equipment and software licenses.
Knowledge of various systems (HR System - InfoTech / Microsoft / AutoCAD / ERP)
Undertake any other ad-hoc work as assigned
Requirements:
Possess a Local Diploma or equivalent in IT
1-2 years of relevant experience
