Manage information technology and computer system including onboarding process for new hires
Perform regular checks and maintain availability of network and system equipment
Assist in regular enforcement and inspections of cybersecurity policies
Responsible for vendors/contractor\'s management
Provide Level1/Level2 support to resolve IT issues onsite for internal users and external customers
Able to install, configure, and maintain Ubuntu/Red Hat/Windows operating systems
Perform backup and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure hosted in Cloud related to company\'s products and solution
Maintain documentation in detail following company\'s Quality Management policies and QMS
Collect data and record technical issues and troubleshooting steps in details leading to root cause analysis by Level3 and developer
Support delivery, pre-sales/commissioning and post-sales activities with sales team
Provide training to end users and distributors/resellers
Able to travel to clinics whenever the clinics have problems with the mobile apps and travel to patients\' home to help patients put on the medical devices
Able to work independently on weekends on ad-hoc basis
Help to improve IT and product related documentation, training, and processes
Assist and support operation of office video conferencing systems
Assist to retrieve recordings from office CCTV system
Any other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior on ad-hoc basis
Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Well-versed in setting up Windows, Ubuntu, Red Hat Operating System
Experience in setting up and configuring Wi-Fi/LAN network infrastructure, Docker, databases MySQL
Able to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of user reported problem, debugging, and identifying issues on Windows, Office 365, mobile devices, and software glitches
Familiar with support tools like Zendesk, Jira etc.
